Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. I will gladly work with you to make it right.

For event tickets and experiences:
• Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event
• Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a credit toward a future event
